Mark Zuckerberg's most important statement about Facebook's intentions

In reality, we wouldn't share your information in a way you wouldn't want. The trust you place in us as a safe place to share information is the most important part of what makes Facebook work. Our goal is to build great products and to communicate clearly to help people share more information in this trusted environment.
Integrity is key. Thanks to FB for reverting back to previous TOS while working on new language. Also, thanks to the user's uprising that alerted FB to need to take this action. For now, I'm going to trust the process - holding out for honesty, trust and the continuation of a great social networking site. Read more on The Facebook Blog.
