New Age Retailer Product Pipeline highlights Heartful Art
Heartful Art has added many new quotes from Rumi, the 13th century poet. According to Wikepedia, Rumi believed passionately in the use of music, poetry and dancing as a path for reaching God. For Rumi, music helped devotees to focus their whole being on the divine, and to do this so intensely that the soul was both destroyed and resurrected. It was from these ideas that the practice of Whirling Dervishes developed into a ritual form. He founded the order of the Mevlevi, the "whirling" dervishes, and created the "Sema", their "turning", sacred dance. Explore Heartful Art's online store and use the "search" feature to find Rumi wisdom on magnets, posters, and matted quotes.

Heartful Art on Robyn Spurr's Well-Being Massage Therapy site
Robyn Spurr, CMT, BS from Highlands Ranch, Colorado found my art at Mile Hi Church in Denver. She ordered more online and after receiving it, took the time to e-mail me to thank me for the beauty. I noticed her website, wellbeingmt.com, and clicked to learn more. Now she's sharing Heartful Art with her clients. When you're in the Denver area, give her a call and treat yourself to a Well-Being Massage. 707-344-4065

One day at a time
I'm going to work on a new collage and begin daily visualization for my goals - both immediate and long term. Yesterday I spent $326 on car repairs. I'd like to own a new car in 2008. And lately I've been thinking of where I might like to vacation. I've never been to Cape Cod. Maybe next summer. Even before that, after visiting my parents in Florida for Christmas and New Years, I'm thinking of where I might visit for a week as a sunny retreat. I'd say Hawaii but I'm thinking there might be somewhere closer to Florida that I'd like to check out. Any ideas?

Jaki Good's "gull at point judith"
Beauty, focus, flight. I love this picture. Maybe because it symbolizes heads up and ready for take-off. It's what I need to keep recreating every day in my life ... the courage to keep a positive outlook, the strength to keep going and the knowledge that Heartful Art could take flight at any moment. I am grateful for this experience as I create the next one. I believe it will soon be mine.

Fog in the Morning
I've loved living on the edge of this farm in San Rafael for the past five years. Now that I drive the roads to Pt. Reyes every day to and from my new Heartful Art gallery, I've discovered my back yard is an extension of the West Marin landscape. I can drive through San Anselmo, Lucas Valley or Novato and be nourished in all my senses with the natural beauty of this place where I live. I am truly grateful.

Back on Track
I'm on Day 5 of my re-commitment to my health and fitness goals I set a year ago. I'm at 31% to goal. Short term I'd like to be at 60% success by Sept 7th, 2007. My main support tool is the www.peertrainer.com community. It's an interesting reference point to have gone off track from Feb-May and now being back in the game. It's been only five days, but the habits I built in the first 7 months last year kicked right in.
